Mat-type insulants
To protect pipes from destruction and increase the service life of the heating main, in accordance with the requirements of SP (СП) 41-105-202 Design and construction of heating systems with individual foamed polyurethane thermal insulation in polyethylene jacket (para 6.7b.), plastic damping mats-type insulants are used.

Preformed insulation
Mineral-cotton insulants based on basalt wool (density: 100 kg/m3) and reinforced aluminum foil coating. Reinforced aluminum foil serves as a vapor barrier layer, which allows using cylinders in pipelines with temperatures below ambient temperature.
- Cylinders are able to withstand high temperatures keeping their thermal insulating properties. Chemically and biologically resistant;
- applied both for new construction and for reconstruction of existing heating networks;
- designed for heat insulation of process pipelines (temperatures: up to +550°C). Recommended application temperature: up to +250°C.
